Claudine and Melissa talk about their ‘slapping’ experience.
Just by viewing the trailer of soap "Iisa Pa Lamang", which premieres this Monday (Philippine territory) (July 14) on ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida, it is easy to assume that there will be a lot of fantastic scenes. One scene to look forward to in the teleserye is the confrontation scene between Claudine and young star Melissa Ricks that involved giving one another a slap in the face.
Dramatic as the “slapping” scene between Claudine and Melissa may have seemed, the two agree that looking back, it now appeared funny how they were able to pull it off.
“Actually nakarami po ako (ng pagsampal) kay Ate Claudine,” begins Melissa. “Nakadalawa po ako. Naka-take two po kami. Pero yung dalawang sampal ko po sa kanya equal po sa isa niya (na sampal).Pero okay lang po happy po ako. At least nasampal po ako ni Claudine,” she continued with a smile.
Claudine shared that after Melissa slapped her, the Fil-American actress broke into tears, apparently uncomfortable in having to slap the teleserye queen.
“Sabi ko, ‘Hindi, okay lang. Binabayaran ako para sampalin, para ingudngod, itapon sa basurahan so okay lang yon,” said Claudine to comfort Melissa.
